Seasonal Rates:
Spring and Summer: May 1st through August 30th: $975.00 per week; $500.00 per weekend.
Fall and Winter: September 1st through April 31st: $850.00 per week; $450.00 per weekend. Monthly rentals are also available for extended stays at $1500 per month.
A $250.00 security deposit is required at the time of reservation and we also charge a cleaning and linens fee of $25.00.
All you need to bring with you on your vacation are beach supplies everything else is conveniently provided to meet your needs.
